Instagram Carousels - The Right Tools
FIR's job may be helping others promote themselves, but to keep attracting the best talent PSU has to offer, FIR also needs to be regularly doing some promoting of their own. We decided to launch a new recruitment campaign, where we poked fun at the idea of needing the proper tools to complete the simplest of tasks, just like an internship at FIR Northwest is a tool to develop your advertising skills and prepare yourself for a career in this exciting field. The result was two Instagram carousels posted to the FIR Northwest Instagram page.

One of FIR's clients is the Center for Retail Leadership, an organization at Portland State University dedicated to giving business students the best chances possible of receiving high-quality job placement. FIR wants their website to show not simply a listing of the clients they serve, but the mission driving their clients, what fuels their passion, and how FIR has helped to communicate that purpose to others. We were tasked with writing website copy to briefly describe the story behind CRL’s mission, and to detail one of the projects FIR had recently completed for them.
